Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Cenque Digital LLC services unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Deposits
Many creative, consulting, production, QA, and music-related projects require an upfront deposit to reserve time, begin discovery, and allocate resources. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun or time has been reserved.

Payments
Payment schedules are stated in each proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid.

Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation in writing. Amounts owed may include completed work, work in progress, reserved time, third-party costs, administrative work, discovery, planning, and non-refundable deposits.

Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on project status, completed work, reserved production time, third-party expenses, and the written agreement. Refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind, delayed feedback, unused concepts, subjective creative preference, or project cancellation after production begins.

Revisions and Scope Changes
Included revisions are defined in each proposal. Additional revisions, new concepts, scope changes, rush requests, or expanded deliverables may require additional fees.

Digital and Creative Deliverables
Due to the custom nature of creative production, consulting, music-related services, branding, digital production, and QA consulting, completed or delivered work is generally not refundable.
