These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Cenque Digital LLC website and any services provided by Cenque Digital LLC unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Services
Cenque Digital LLC provides creative services, brand strategy, podcast and audio production, video production support, music-related creative services, software QA consulting, digital consulting, and related project work. Specific scope, timeline, deliverables, fees, revisions, and payment terms are defined in proposals, invoices, or service agreements.

Payments and Deposits
Certain projects require an upfront deposit before production begins. Payment schedules, accepted payment methods, late fees, and remaining balances are stated in each proposal or agreement. Work may pause if invoices are overdue.

Revisions
Included revisions are defined by the applicable proposal or agreement. Additional revisions, expanded scope, rush work, or new deliverables may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cenque Digital LLC retains ownership of preliminary concepts, unused drafts, internal processes, templates, methods, and pre-existing materials. Final client deliverables transfer according to the written agreement after full payment is received. Third-party assets, fonts, stock media, plugins, platforms, and licensed materials remain subject to their own license terms.

Creative Results Disclaimer
Cenque Digital LLC provides professional creative and consulting services, but does not guarantee specific commercial results, audience growth, sales, platform approval, sponsorships, grants, rankings, or revenue outcomes.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate information, access, approvals, legal rights to supplied materials, and compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party licenses.

Cancellations
Project cancellations must be made in writing. Fees may be owed for completed work, reserved time, non-refundable deposits, third-party costs, or work already in progress.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cenque Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Acceptable Website Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, copy content unlawfully, submit malicious code, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which Cenque Digital LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
